SparkyApp supports electrical circuit testing alongside renewable equipment and commissioning information.

For Solar PV this includes module and string information, Voc, Isc, insulation resistance, polarity and commissioning notes.

Solar PV

SparkyApp has been designed with PV installation and maintenance in mind.

Record PV modules, arrays, strings, inverter details and test results, including support for SolarEdge optimiser systems.

Create MCS-related PV commissioning and handover documentation from the information already recorded in the job.

Battery Storage

Record battery installations, equipment and related electrical information.

Battery-specific certification and workflows includes MCS documentation.

EV Charging

Support for EV installation work includes electrical installation records and EV risk assessment.

The aim is to keep the EV workflow together rather than treating each form as a completely separate job.

Electrical Certificates

Complete an Electrical Installation Certificate for work carried out as part of the renewable installation.

Circuit information and test results can be carried across from the installation record rather than typed again.

For changes to existing circuits, such as myenergi Eddi installs, Minor Works Certificate can be produced.

G98, G99 & DNO

Create G98/G99 installation documentation, capture the customer signature directly on the iPhone and track the DNO process.

RAMS

Create a job-specific Risk Assessment & Method Statement, including hazards, control measures, PPE, emergency procedures and site-specific arrangements.

The engineer's stored signature can be applied to the completed document.

Cable Calculator

Design electrical circuits and check cable size, voltage drop, fault protection and CPC requirements, all in line with BS7671 "12-step" process.

Calculations can be saved directly to the relevant job and carry through to install and EIC without having to enter data again.

Stock

Keep track of materials and equipment across locations such as the van, lockup or storage. With sub-locations such as Shelf 3, or Box 2.

Stock can be moved between locations, marked as used and managed as either individual units or measured lengths.

Job Packs

Select the documents you want and create a single PDF Pack.

Depending on the job, that can include surveys, calculations, installation records, certificates, RAMS and supporting attachments.

Save it, print it, or share it with the customer.
